history verification. Talpac Property Management

also retains 10% or a minimum of $75 per

unit of rental amount per month. If the owner

uses Talpac Property Management to manage

ten (10) or more units, the management fee shall

drop from 10% to 8% or minimum of $75 per

unit of collected gross revenues.

A start-up fee of $300 will be collected for all existing

tenants transferred from another property

management company or for homes already occupied

when acquired by Talpac Property Management.
